Shop Direct is the UK’s biggest home shopping company. Over the last year we have worked with the team to develop the new strategic platform for its biggest brand, Littlewoods. We were tasked to define a new customer proposition and create a new visual identity, making an 80 year-old brand relevant to shoppers today and giving it a focused role in Shop Direct’s brand portfolio.
Since the work launched there have been significant increases in shopper numbers, frequency of purchase and amount spent per transaction.
