Neil's started his career at Still Price Lintas and then moved to BBH where he made one of the UK's top 10 favourite commercials for Boddingtons. He also worked on the Lynx Effect and Haagen Dazs.
Neil joined St Luke's in 1996 and was made Managing Director in 2002. Under his managment, the agency has been placed second in The Sunday Times Top Companies To Work For list and is a UK Government case study in their performance workplaces programme.
Neil is a Business Leader in the Marketing Society and sits on the IPA Council. He has tutored at Ashridge Management College and Cranfield Business School.
