Neil started his career at Still Price Lintas working on Unilever and Nestle business. He then moved to BBH where he made one of the UK's top 10 favourite commercials for Boddingtons. He also worked on the Lynx Effect and Häagen-Dazs.
Neil joined St. Luke's in 1996 and was made Managing Director in 2002. He was named as an FT Face to Watch in the same year. Under his management, the agency has been placed in The Sunday Times Top Companies To Work For list four times. Neil is a Business Leader in the Marketing Society and sits on the IPA Council. He has tutored at Ashridge Management College and Cranfield Business School. Neil is a member of BAFTA.
