We believe that if we want to see significant change to the representation of ethnically diverse people in advertising, we need to take significant action.


That’s why St Luke’s launched the first Positive Action training programme for our industry, in partnership with The Brokerage and supported by Lewis Silkin. A paid, 8-week training programme, exclusively for members of underrepresented racial groups who are looking to break into the industry.


You’ll get a taster of each of the 4 core disciplines within an agency: Account Management, Strategy, Creative and Production, through a mix of tutorials and practical training, including a client brief designed specifically for this programme.


Once you’ve completed the training, you’ll become a member of our graduate community, The Wings Academy. We’ll keep in touch with you and help you make the right connections to get the role you want, either at St Luke’s via our Gateway Internship Programme or at another agency/production company through our network of contacts

and partners.
