Hurrah! We’ve only gone and won Oystercatchers 2018 best place to work! Our second accolade this year after winning Campaign’s best place to work earlier in the year.

How did we do it? We’ll it’s all down to our Healthy, Wealthy, Wise philosophy that allows us all to realise our potential and create our best work.

We come to work every day to create bold Agenda Setting Ideas that push life forward and these ideas wouldn’t exist without the lovely people we work with. With a belief that brand transformation starts with personal transformation, everyone is encouraged to be open and curious to evolve and grow.


Fresh ideas, start with a healthy mind, body and soul. So come to our office and we’ll show you our sleep pods, where you can take a quick nap to recharge.

Or if you want to have an open and honest chat with someone to get a different perspective and learn from another department, invite them for a Coffee Chat – a fund to keep information flowing around the agency.


St Luke’s is built on a foundation of collaboration, so everyone is encouraged to create a wealthy, richer life for themselves and those around them. With a £100 joiners gift for the agency, from the very first day, you have the chance to make your mark and bond with colleagues.

We also make sure that we give back to the planet with every pitch win by donating money to Cool Earth to help save a piece of the rain forest.

Account Directors & Planners are also given help to achieve a richer life by working towards fulfilling their personal objectives with access to personal 1:1 coaching with an external professional development coach.


Continued learning is intrinsic to the agency. Winning CPD Gold earlier this year is testament to how much value we put on helping people develop.

Industry experts come into the agency once a month to help everyone expand their thinking in our Clever Breakfast talks and we’ve recently started playing a quarterly game of Culture Roulette where two people are selected at random to expand their cultural thinking. All they need to do is spin the roulette wheel to win a trip abroad.

Aside from job related skills training, everyone also has access to a ‘make yourself more interesting fund’ – £200 a year to learn a completely new skill. From flying helicopters to kite surfing, wine tasting to nutrition, everyone has the chance to take part in a passion they have always wanted to try!
