After careful planning, Thursday 9th June saw the official launch of Apostle, our cross-platform production company which has been formed on the ethos of creating powerful and cost effective content. The celebration took place at St Luke’s Euston office which will also host the core Apostle team.
The celebration featured food from Bill & Beak (courtesy of KERB) in the form of their legendary slow braised duck and pork buns and refreshment from our friends at Heineken and Birra Moretti – delicious!
St Luke’s CEO, Neil Henderson, started the evening by explaining that Apostle had evolved through the genuine desire to ‘make stuff’ and was a formalisation of a business that has been growing steadily for years. We then had a few words from St Luke’s head of TV, Jessie Middleton and Director/Editor Sye Allen celebrating the official launch and then an exclusive look at the (we think) impressive reel featuring work from Heineken, Very & Littlewoods, Vertu, Pepsi, Paloma Faith and BFI with projects including: promo videos, TV ads, branded content at any scale and short feature films.
